      Pros

      - Pays the bills - Some great colleagues to work and collaborate with across the company - Benefits are decent

      Cons

      - Company wants to ambitiously grow in one year at the expense of over working and stressing out employees (typical North American corporate work culture) - No defined culture - Feeling out of place and excluded as a minority on my team - Management is out of touch, despite feedback - Some colleagues got laid off and treated like cattle - Diversity and Inclusion initiatives feel forced and not genuine because it's only for business purposes. Element only started doing D & I because they lost clients due to the lack of D&I initiatives last year

      Pros

      The MD team and other leaders are an absolute trustworthy group. The people at Element are what make Element awesome. The Advisory team is highly intelligent, the pricing team is competitive and wants to win deals. Customers are at the forefront of the employees at Element.

      Cons

      The CEO is leading the company into the ground. The pay has been changed so many times on the sales team and not for the better. No clear distinction on how they get paid. Game changes mid play. CEO made a promise to the street she can't keep and now everyone suffers. She's single handedly destroying the morale of this company.
