Any rating above a 2 star is "fake news". It is HR and Marketing trying to promote Element. It is NOT the views of anyone who has worked for this company for more than 3+ years.
This company was great prior to 2022. People were proud to work here. It is amazing how a change in leadership can single handedly destroy employee morale, productivity and a willingness to go above and beyond for this company.
The new CEO, Laura is not interested in how the general masses are feeling. It all about how much money can be made to line the pockets of the senior leaders. This is evident from last year's employee survey that condemn this Company. No actions or improvements have been made since. Also. the survey results are tied to your bonus! Company made money BUT, our merit increases were cut in half! If you are honest and provide feedback that is negative keep in mind you are reducing the potential payout of your bonus. Go back and read the review from April named RUN! Everything in that review is true!
