Colleagues on the same team are fantastic. The whole company used to be a great place to work.
Cons
Very weak onboarding training
I’ve watched several excellent teammates be pushed out or terminated. Upper management and shareholders continue to make lots of money while anything below middle management is always at risk of ‘cost cutting’.
