Management: I want to be candid; my manager has been one of the best I’ve had in the past 10 years. They stand out as highly knowledgeable, empathetic, and a strong leader. As the owner of one of the largest health insurance providers, Elevance Health sets high expectations for its benefits offering. However, the insurance premiums are not particularly competitive.
