The brand name recognition is biggest plus for sales teams.
Cons
Management is extremely fearful and manage by threats and intimidation. Sales Management is very incompetent. If you are not a yes-man then you will not last. It's an operations driven company, not a sales organization. Sales compensation program has decreased year after year. Sales comp is significantly less than competitors. There is a lot of favoritism and nepotism by Sales Management.
