Higher pay scale for inbound call center, friendly staff (they know the crap you're taking), paid garage parking downtown and use for events,
Cons
computer systems need upgrades, pride themselves on being Fortune 50 company, but do not do much to provide tools/resources to associates. An individual is merely a position that can be filled cheaper than developing your skills. Off site call auditor critiques but there isn't any communication with leads or manager on how to make processes better - mostly because they're overwhelmed by their incredibly ridiculous workloads! Associate scores are public to all team members. schedule bids every quarter and not told at this time of hire
