Pros
The only pros was that you had a job an that's was all. We had to pay for our own health benefits and they were not cheap. And, what an irony this is an health insurance how greedy.
Cons
Well, there were many many cons. One. it is not a professional environment. Two, they treat their employees as you did not know anything even though you had more credentials than most people that worked there. Third, the salary is very poor and they keep telling how much money the company was making. The starting pay is low and they overworked you too many calls and very few workers and the turnover rate is high. People come and go because they can't take it anymore and another thing you are micro-managed you to death. Overall, a bad company.
