Pros
The pay is competitive for the other job types in the area. Co workers and cool to work with. Benefits are competitive with the industry.
Cons
The yearly bonus structure changes year to year. The company is not innovative with technology. Pay raises are set at a fixed percentage no matter how you perform your job. Management changed dirrections every 1-2 years with no clear focus. Every year there are major layoffs to ship jobs overseas or to cheaper states.
