Pros
Work from home, some excellent coworkers
Cons
Incompetent management who promote based on being at past companies together or in sororities together rather than job skills, no real leadership skills, toxic work environment, expectations that case managers work overtime daily without pay, caseload expectations that are unmanageable, a company that values profits only, there is no focus on member wellbeing only corporate/shareholder bottom line - staff has been told that corporate sees no rate of return from case management that we don't do any positive work despite working overtime daily. The environment is absolutely abusive of employees, which is why many are fleeing as quickly as they can find other positions. In addition, the health insurance benefits are terrible.
