None unless you kiss managements butt. Your just a number unless you A a gossiping story. Benefits ok management sucks. Promotes only people within "click" no skills driven.

Cons

Setting your self up for failure.management doesn't care. Call center is about drama. Doesn't value education from private institutions, doesn't like independent thinkers, must kiss butt to excel, sign your name on the dotted line

I’ve enjoyed the work itself and have had the opportunity to build strong experience over the years. The company provides good employee self-service tools and resources, and being part of a large organization offers exposure to complex projects and different teams.

At times, organizational challenges feel larger than individual teams can address, making it difficult to see lasting improvements.
