Few unless you enjoy incompetence or working for a company that favors Wallstreet at any and all costs.
Cons
Extremely poorly managed with little to no regard for employee wellbeing or expertise. Ongoing RIFs plus aggressive expectations equal cognitive dissonance. Heavily matrixed with bureaucratic decision rights. Excessive use of vendors and outsourcing heightens disorganization. Outside hires are clueless yet current regime favors them over internal experts which furthers decline and peppers ranks with more incompetence. Ongoing and systematic elimination of benefits and last vestiges of cordiality.
