Pros

* Decent medical benefits based on current market prices

Cons

*Leadership has an alliance and will not hear you out if you're simply opposed to one of their views. * Not enough feedback about employee performance *Merit increases are yearly and less than .50 *Cafeteria food is disgusting and chefs are not at all sanitary *Front desk security is very unprofessional and often utilizes employee info for personal use *Anthem breeds bosses not leaders. *Upper management is extremely unapproachable and full of themselves * Constant favoritism played being employees *They reward you for likability, not overall performance *Minimal managerial training on social/emotional intelligence *Management frequently harasses and attempts to intimidate subordinates, making for a hostile work environment *Wages are extremely low compared to other positions in the industry. *HR does not care about employees who are under the level of leadership.

Pros

Good Benefits and insurance Groceries benefit School reimbursement Gym benefits Hospital indemnity Insurance Remote work convenience

Cons

Pay rate never really goes up. Prefer to promote inexperience outsiders than from within. Low pay At the whim of Manager Favoritism Political Pretentious Metrics based of friendship with Management Hard to move up of you don’t suck up to a Manager or be political or be part of their click and group. QIP is also at the whim of the manager. Faulty metrics where you are blamed for FCR failures even when you fixed the issue on your first call and but because the member called in multiple times to other associates who didn’t help. Or do their job, they blame you for first call resolution when you never talked to the member till you resolved it. This is really messed up and it affects your QIP.
