Pros

WFH is a pro at this time

Cons

How would you like to NOT be a manager on your team yet be delegated responsibilities of the manager? Have 1,000,000 projects /microprojects/responsibilities meanwhile the supposed manager of your team sits back, attends NO meetings, literally does nothing (and I mean, contributes NOTHING and has no knowledge of what your team is even doing) and keeps their position? Oh, and because your director is so pleased to have you assume the bulk of the work, they pile more and more on you "just because". I have been told "Your team in XYZ region just gets more done with less!" No, Mr. Director, I get more done with less, JUST ME!! And he knows it!!!! Meanwhile, you see coworkers online who tell you they have nothing to do... You cannot treat your best employees like a whipping post, ignore their cries for help, and not expect them to quit.

Pros

Getting paid on time. That's it.

Cons

Corrupt. Brought in all new staff without knowing about a CAP action plan. Previous employees were incentived to stay and train new employees with a 5,000 bonus called a retention bonus. New staff were extremely micro managed. Bullied by unprofessional managers. Managers made new staff complete their care plans. Could never have a work from home day because previous staff were not in office when DC department of financial health did a whistleblower audit. New staff was forced into mock audits training in real time being criticized and scrutinized in front of the entire team Told to call 20 members a day from a list of nonworking numbers and disgruntled DC residents me. A convulated documentation system. That was connected to non existent social programs. Favoritism for those willing to be unethical. I've never experienced something so nefarious in my life.
