I’ve enjoyed the work itself and have had the opportunity to build strong experience over the years. The company provides good employee self-service tools and resources, and being part of a large organization offers exposure to complex projects and different teams.

Growth opportunities can be limited depending on the organization within and management structure. There is room for improvement in operational processes, which can create inefficiencies and increase workloads. At times, organizational challenges feel larger than individual teams can address, making it difficult to see lasting improvements.
