Pros

Pay is good. Hybrid work - If you aren't a staff VP and you're not in a call center, you only have to go in once per week. Most locations offer free food/drinks/snacks.

Cons

Having to beg for resources and being told I don't have a people problem, I have process problem. The process problem is being told I am allowed to say, "No," to work, but leadership provides no support. Every request is the most important request. Leadership actually produced a "Culture Conversation" around doing more with less that was incredibly tone deaf. Being promoted is a popularity contest. We are constantly re-organizing an yet never actually changing anything. Management is a revolving door. Anyone who challenges anything is the lucky recipient of a RIF.

Pros

I’ve enjoyed the work itself and have had the opportunity to build strong experience over the years. The company provides good employee self-service tools and resources, and being part of a large organization offers exposure to complex projects and different teams.

Cons

Growth opportunities can be limited depending on the organization within and management structure. There is room for improvement in operational processes, which can create inefficiencies and increase workloads. At times, organizational challenges feel larger than individual teams can address, making it difficult to see lasting improvements. Recognition for employee contributions can also feel inconsistent, with significant efforts not always being acknowledged.
