The domain is interesting and there are plenty of opportunities to showcase your capabilities. People are encouraged to take calculated and transparent decisions. Performance is well rewarded in form of promotions and other growth opportunities. The founding team and leadership, both in India and the Chicago office, has set a good work culture which has been ingrained into the company's DNA now. People are encouraged to take time-off and it is not looked down upon. There is no micro-management as long as the work gets done.
