      The team, culture, and fast-paced environment is next to none. They practice what they preach and I am happy to be a part of it.

      If you don't like start-up culture then it isn't for you.

      Pros

      I love the whole vibe of the company, it’s fast paced but not in an insane way, but in a motivating way.

      Cons

      It’s contracted, would be nice to be benefited, but honestly overall, very happy.

      High inbound volume, name carries weight with customers

      Cons

      Pay is below market and equity for GTM is basically nothing Sales is treated like a necessary evil, you feel it constantly Comp plans expect a never ending stream of hype that will fall apart at the first bump in the road Agents product is falling behind and models are commoditizing fast
