Pros
It’s an easy job for the most part. Everyone gets hired.
Cons
They have a three strike system for employees meaning if you miss a day you get a strike and apparently if you get three strikes you’re fired. I had a serious family emergency and had to miss a day and half, and was given a strike like I was a child. All other days I was there on time and did great work and did get hired at the school I was working out so I ultimately quit Elevo. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. No remorse for my family emergency although I was a consistent and reliable employee.
