Seems like it paid well, till you realize everything your job entails then you feel under paid.
Cons
If you like working in a place where your opinion means nothing and work with management with a serious God complex, go for it. Other than that avoid at all costs. Never know what your responsibility is until it's too late and you get reemed out for it.
