Elior has a great and very supportive culture. They like to develop their teams and also have a strong focus on aspiration and fun. They make me feel that there is no limit to what I could achieve. It feels great to know you work for a company that dreams as big as you do.

Cons

Elior will not let you rest on your laurels and take the easy road. Professionalism and teamwork are key features in the workplace.

M-F day shift. Great employees. Wonderful clients to work for.

Words cannot describe what a terrible corporate culture this is!upper mgmt is controlling, manipulative and just terrible at this job, and somehow backed up by upper management?? Due to mgmt lack of follow through, broken promises, late billing and unprofessionalism, they lost our account. The way they are handling it is nothing short of immature - holding reports from the client and not returning emails, etc. Please think twice before applying here (especially if you're client likes you and not them!) I'm 100 percent relieved and elated to be done with this laughable company. On a positive note: The trainers and support staff are amazing and responsive professionals.
