Certified Peer Specialists stay away - Peer Specialist Eliot Community Human Services Employee Review

Eliot is a very discriminatory place to work. People with mental illnesses are not supported in their roles. If you recently received your Certified Peer Specialist certification I would not choose Eliot as my first job. If you have experience working as a CPS I would not choose Eliot because of it’s toxic stigmatizing culture which wears you down. The lack of support is suffocating.
