Not a professional organization-upper management clueless - Anonymous employee Eliot Community Human Services Employee Review

Management hierarchy is missing several layers in the DD division, which directly and negatively impacts the lives of the people we serve and the employees who work tirelessly to improve conditions. No one seems to know what is going on in management, huge responsibilities for the little they pay you, they do not appreciate anyone rocking the boat and calling them out on human rights violations. I would not allow any member of my family to live in a group home operated by Eliot CHS.
