Pros

Newer facility. Private walking trail.

Cons

A lot of playing favorites in the office. Upper management ignores issues between team and leads/Managers. They cover an axe wound with a band aid in hopes it will go away. A lot of quality disgruntled employees were pushed to the limit and subsequently left. It became a revolving door. Pay is no longer competitive for the amount of work done. VERY LOW!!! The overall expectations far outweighed the compensation. I have less than half the work load for far more pay at my new employer. Plus none of the red-tape that came with it! The software was extremely outdated and not user friendly. Work life balance is no longer conducive with the market, and "favorites" are allowed to work from home. Others are asked to be in the office with no explanation as to why. My direct manager was rarely in the office, and when they were they caused issues for the employees. Everyone was actually much less stressed when they were gone. It was a blessing when they were not there. The culture near the end of my career there was nothing like it used to be when I first started. The family friendly atmosphere was gone because of upper management's lack of empathy for the employees working under their managers and leads. They became obsessed with the bottom line rather than keeping the people who helped bring in their revenue happy. I would never recommend this employer to anyone. Especially if certain management is still there.

Pros

Training is amazing , warehouse is very very efficient. A lot of great people work there.

Cons

Micromanaging they sing you for every little mistake. That will affect your quarterly bonus if you get one. System is easy to learn but warehouse inventory system isn’t linked with order entry system

Pros

Work life balance is good

Cons

Management has favorites. WFH? If you don’t get approval in writing don’t bother because they will try to find a way to get rid of you if they don’t like you. The manager was never in office so I never found a way to gain a relationship and trust her it was the complete opposite actually….The manager is an immensely insecure person that requires constant validation from their subordinates and has engaged in three faced tactics to exploit HR into firing people the manager doesn’t like. (Not saying gender as I don’t feel that’s irrelevant and want to keep things confidential)
