      Pros

      salary is okay, but definitely not at par with IT companies, leaders outside india seem to be nicer.... as they dont hire on terms of linguistic favoristism

      Similar to some companies which are culture/specific hiring, this is very much same and highly concentrated specially the India head human Resources and few XXX who hires from specific region, linguistic oriented, which is not only unfair but demotivating.

      There are plenty of employees who pour their hearts into this mission.

      Cons

      There’s an acute difference between being an incompatible coworker and a crappy person. Ellucian is led by some people (no names) who need to learn how to be a freaking human. The manipulation, deceit, rage, selfishness, and lack of self awareness were traits exhibited by these folks regularly, if not daily. It’s not hard to choose respect over ego. You can have conviction and not ruin peoples’ weeks at the same time. The sky isn’t falling.
