Pros

1. Cool and good Culture 2. Supportive employees across teams 3. 50k / year for learning on top of your base salary. You can buy udemy or any other learning course, take certifications, buy any books, take driving course etc. It will be included in CTC but not in the fixed salary. 4. 25k / year on op for health equipment/gym membership, shoes, t-shirts, equipment, learning courses, books and many more. 5. take leaves any time 6. WLB

Cons

Not many cons except : 1. older projects need lots of database-related knowledge 2. less increment even after you worked really really hard

Flexibility of remote work Great peers that are helpful Decent benefits

Cons

Upper and Middle Management are awful More interested in vibe/buzz words rather than teaching you expectations the role Private Equity money is bringing in clowns from Boeing and Microsoft to manage implementations and shifts to the cloud. Lots of ego, no delivery to customers Embarassment working with clients when they see many architects, consultants, and PMs are incompetent (due to trickle down from upper mgmt) Lies about assigning you clients in your time zone. I had clients in 4 time zones with one being a 12 hour difference.
