The company has been under new leadership since 2012 and is re-inventing itself with significant investments being made in people, equipment, development, and technologies. Cons
Reinventing an 85+ year old company takes a significant, focused effort, so there is a lot of work that goes into managing production with older processes and the older equipment in the factory (which is only a portion of the factory). The markets we sell to are very dynamic which can put really challenge on everyone from sales and customer service to manufacturing to try and meet our customer's needs. Positive side of this is that there is a lot of work available.
