Pros
Benefits, manufacturing folks, union shop, when it was Philips we were treated better and the facility was taken care of
Cons
New management, poor vision, workers are treated poorly with little respect for the hard work that is performed. No work life balance- we used to work all the time however this past year we had more time off-we weren't required to work mandatory overtime-new contract, no people skills.
