Racism - Every software project has members from all around the world with different nationalities. My project team had 12 members and 4 of them were turkish. Racist company management decided to decrease turkish members' salaries during the pandemic without changing other members' salaries from other nationalities in the project. Since I don't want to work with racist management, I quit. Outsource - You always work with the other Emakina offices Location - Aegean Free Zone is so far away from downtown Management and HR - They always talk about future that never comes. They don't have any professional ethics. Salary - Below the average No future - Company has no bright future. Lots of people quit after management's racist behaviour. Language - You need to speak english with the other people. Technology - Whatever client wants and they generally want old and useless technologies.
