Most of the Security Officers have zero training. Officers who have been there for many years are literally idiots. Horrible decision making skills, cannot talk effectively to patients and employees. Huge lack of professionalism. Absolutely zero advancement opportunity within Security. No management. Corporate Security Director only. No supervisors, no managers, no accountability
