Management, particularly administration, talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk. $$$ is the only thing that means anything to them - as in NOT SPENDING money. Administration promotes "building connections," but they do nothing to build connections with the departments or staff. There was a time at Citrus Valley that administration knew every staff member by name. So many of the great leaders and department heads have been "laid off" (a nice word for terminated) or have chosen to leave on their own that there is very little support and nobody in management knows your name. It used to be a great place to work. Sadly, not anymore.
