Pros
I have been working at Emanate Queen of the Valley for a long time. I really enjoy the culture and am treated like family. I feel like my ideas are heard and that my manager takes action when I am upset or frustrated. It is a family environment and I love coming to work every day.
Cons
The biggest con is the toxicity of the union. They tell us lies.
