I came in to QVH thinking it will be a great stepping stone to provide me with clinical experience as a new nurse. In time, I realized how great of a hospital it is to work at. I love my job and I love the people I work with. It is like family. Leadership does their best to make the nurses happy for a non-profit organization with amount resources available. CNE is very knowledgeable and is one of the greatest asset of the organization as she expands and helps the company grow.
