Pros
The staff that stays long term stays because they actually care. Compassionate and hardworking employees who are willing to sacrifice their time without adequate compensation.
Cons
Pay rate is incredibly low for everyone that's not a traveler/registry. No opportunity for promotions or growth. They are expanding the emergency dept by 3x but have no plans to hire additional staff. Market adjustment raises only go up to 2%.
