Emanate Health genuinely has a great culture. The staff are friendly and the management wants employees to succeed. There is a lot of opportunity for advancement and long-term career growth. It's no wonder that there are so many staff that stay here for 20+ years. It's rare to see that nowadays! The health insurance is excellent and really shows that the company cares about the well-being of its employees. I no longer experience "Sunday Scaries" nor dread going to work, as I did at my last job before coming to work at Emanate Health.
