Every team member should feel great pride in the strides we’ve made over the past several years to change this company. That includes making a strong commitment to a culture of inclusiveness, mutual respect, and teamwork. I take that commitment very seriously and am firm in my expectation that everyone – from management to the front lines – make the same commitment. But it’s not enough to just make the commitment. We have to live it every day. And when we’re not, we need to hold each other accountable. We have processes in place to ensure that concerns are escalated and addressed.
