Toxic enviornment, employees need to be very careful as you "will" be thrown under bus at every oppertunity. Many executives will not take responsibility and normal reaction is to deflect responsibilites. Blame game is rampant and starts with CEO. CEO has been with failing company for 40+ years and needs to completely step aside along with most other sr executives who play the numbers game to look good. Espically Operations and IT two critical areas where million of dollars are invested and wasted, if there were ever an externial audit both areas would have new leadership quite quickly. A public complany would never tolareate what goes on here. Someone else mentioned it's a "bullying enviornment" - they hit the nail on the head!
