Pros
It's decent pay, paid training
Cons
The benefits are horrible. Employees are put on a six month probation and are allowed only four occurrences which includes medical emergencies. They do ñot exempt you for excused doctor absences and any late longer than nine minutes counts as an occurrence for the entire day. You are forced into a union but there are no real benefits to the union other than insurance discounts. The health insurance is horrible and plan on paying copays and coinsurance on every visit despite being a health insurance company. Also the work hours are literally only 35 per week
