Pros
I was lucky enough to run the greatest Team and we helped so many Members every day, every call. Was an extreme privilege to be the best of the best. It was all because of the Team that worked so hard every day. Good pay until they hurt you.
Cons
Horrific decision to place so much more stress on an amazingly well-performing Team, Same work, but fewer people equals more stress. This was not a well-thought-out move. You did not make them stronger at all. Kinda the opposite.
