Pros
Coworkers hands down(atleast in my area) are wonderful, probably what kept me as long as I did. They still offer traditional HMO and PPO which is nice.
Cons
Pay - below industry standard(but you don't find this out until you start talking to other companies and seeing what industry standard is Work/life balance - for some reason against telecommuting for roles that require absolutely zero face to face interaction? Makes no sense other than to micro manage No room for advancement - partially due to the reduction of jobs available Poor communication - employees knew what was happening, instead of being transparent, most information from senior level upper management muddied the waters even more, adding to the already low moral. Reduction in benefits
