      Pros

      Good benefits, including plenty of time off, four-day work weeks in the summer and free tuition for employees, children and spouses/partners.

      Cons

      Pay is very low for staff; faculty pay is decent. Promotions from within are very difficult unless you know someone who knows someone.

      Pros

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Cons

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
