Pros

Management is impeccable - managers at nutrition stores and Bariatric surgeons are professional and knowledgable. Incredibly easy to work with patients

Cons

None - there is a positive environment present everywhere and an enjoyable clientele makeup. Appointments get held late occasionally but that's fairly unavoidable at any clinic

Pros

Able to pick up extra shifts for extra cash. Work life balance is not bad if you work with a surgeon who respects your time. Decent PTO and benefits.

Cons

Bonus is structured heavily towards PAs seeing patients, you lose out if you work in the OR. Management is awful, they have no idea what’s going on, yet try to micromanage. If you work for a good doctor who respects you and your time, it makes working there tolerable.
