Good work environment, and good communication with practicing physicians

Cons

If you are looking for a small clinic this is not for you. This is a large outpatient physical therapy practice owned by the orthopedic physicians

Pros

Able to pick up extra shifts for extra cash. Work life balance is not bad if you work with a surgeon who respects your time. Decent PTO and benefits.

Cons

Bonus is structured heavily towards PAs seeing patients, you lose out if you work in the OR. Management is awful, they have no idea what’s going on, yet try to micromanage. If you work for a good doctor who respects you and your time, it makes working there tolerable.
