Pros
Great environment, with a great deal of flexibility. I work with a lot of talented developers in a collaborative setting. Although a start-up, the success of their sister company, Emergent Networks provides the stability and security needed.
Cons
Just the growing pains of a start-up organization. Things are still being developed, but it hasn't affected me negatively.
