Emerson is truly a fantastic collection of passionate, highly competent individuals. The working culture is kind, and there are a ton of opportunities for professional development and cultural engagement.
Cons
Leadership has been in flux for a few years, and subsequently there are voids in communication and collaboration between departments. It very much feels like the fear of making the wrong decision causes decisions to be made by committee, resulting in delays, overdeliberation, and ultimately timid outcomes.
