      Pros

      It has the best managers. Open door policy with upper management. Over time work is well paid. Easy to apply vacation and sick leaves. Work and life are balanced.

      Cons

      Some unnecessary HR trainings takes too much time for new hires and even need to apply OB leave to do so.

      Management is in total disarray. Company has no direction, no sense of community or corporate identity, conflicting mission statements. A mess from top to bottom.
