Pros
The company is very profitable and stable. Many people there have been there for years and turn over seemed to be pretty low.
Cons
Overall the company is very inflexible in terms of time and working from home. In addition only starting wih two weeks vacation (at a senior level role) made it very hard to have the type of work life balance I was used to at previous companies. Managers seems really hung up on working "shifts." In IT, it is usually expected that you work weekends and evenings if there are problems, so this old school mind set did not appeal to me. Also, the VP's very openly flaunted their wealth and would not even say hello to normal office workers. They seemed to spend most of their time on the golf course on the company's dollar rather than actually working and not acknowledging the people who actually enabled their lavish lifestyle seemed like a slap in the face.
