Pros
Very respectful of a 40 hour work week. No one wants you to burn yourself out. Progressive CEO who wants a modern work environment for employees, but this is hampered by some in management who would rather you be chained to your desk. Change is happening, but it's slow.
Cons
Chronically low pay when compared to similar positions at other companies. This has caused and continues to cause a large pool of talent to seek other opportunities. Company does not see this loss of experienced employees as a problem. It instead sees it as an opportunity to meet internal diversity goals.
