Pros
Great employees and first level management. Base compensation was competitive but no compensation based incentive programs.
Cons
Upper management, VP and President, are more concerned about the shareholders and profit margin then actually taking care of their employees. I understand there must be a balance, but Emerson has lost many good employees, including myself, by turning a blind eye to their employee’s needs.
