Cons
Company is experiencing wage compression. New grad / entry level pay is keeping pace with the market, but senior pay is not. The gap in pay between new grads and seniors is shrinking leading to turn over and loss of senior talent. Low level management seems to recognize the issue, but senior leadership doesn't seem to care.
