Pros
The work itself is easy enough and the pay was decent for a time. Co-workers were also friendly and generally good to work with.
Cons
The amount of micromanaging is awful, and of course its passed down by people who never even see the floor so they don't actually know how things work. You will also be expected to cross-train in other areas with no pay increase or even recognition, which is not the worst, but the same applies to learning additional skills such as soldering and forklifts.
